Then one needs to have a draft Guests list. Having a rough estimate of the number of persons attending is very handy when choosing venues. We also need to consider the venue accessible to your guests as well. Weddings are a celebration of love and joy, and we need to make sure that we keep our guests positive and happy to start our new journey. Creating the perfect atmosphere with great entertainment and good food are key to Happy guests. If this is a destination wedding, check with the venue for any accommodation offered to your guests.
Atmosphere, is one thing that a venue needs to bring on its own. The venue chosen by the bride and groom, not just needs to have uniqueness but adds personality to the wedding. One could always find a venue but the perfect venue is unique. Creating an easy layout for your guests will make it easier for you too. You will enjoy your special day more, if there is coherence to the setup chosen. Make sure that the venues restrictions align with what you want on the day. Some couples feel disappointed on the day when the venue manager wants to shut down at 11.00pm or midnight. If you want an afterparty, find a venue that offers this without any disturbance to locals. Finding a Date, sounds dreadful, which at times is. Remember that the months May and June are highly requested. Always have flexibility in the dates you are choosing and be unique too. There are no rules that one needs to follow. This day is all about the Bride & Groom. Finding a perfect venue is far more difficult than one would think.
